“Purchased December '23. Already have had the soap dispenser clog up TWICE. Very disappointed as it's quite a procedure to dump out all the soap and take everything apart, especially having to do it every 4 months. It's not like it sits without use.”

It is simple to empty the soap tray, just pull to the stop and then release, lift, and remove. The simply reinsert carefully.
