Hello. We appreciate your interest in this electric range, and are glad to assist. The oven temperature for this model can be adjusted in 25 degree increments, pressing the + or – pads. Regarding the temperature increments on the burners, we regrettably do not have an exact temperature range associated with each burner. It will cycle on and off, with the frequency depending on the setting. The size of the pan, food being cooked, material of the pan, etc., also make providing a temperature range difficult.
