“Should the convection fan be running constantly during convection baking or should it be intermittent?”

• Hi Jonsey - The convection fan will cycle on and off (intermittent). It will only run when the bake burner is off during the convection bake. The fan does not run when the bake burner is on and calling for heat. Thanks for checking with us! SUE@GEA
