Hi JeanJammer- Thanks for choosing GE! We're excited to have you in the family. We have great news! The stainless steel is the same on all listed models. For regular daily maintenance you can use mild soap (dish soap) and water or we suggest Cerama Bryte Stainless Steel Wipes (WX10X10004). Cleans, polishes and protects stainless steel surfaces for convenient touch ups and spot cleaning. Pre-moistened wipes are ready to use out of the canister for quick and easy application.
