Hi there - Great question! Yes, this range's oven has a traditional bake cooking mode that doesn't use the convection fan. To use the convection bake cooking mode, press the Convection Bake pad, enter the temperature, and then press Start. To use the conventional bake mode, you'll press the Bake pad. We hope this helps.
