“I'm not able to figure out how to set the clock. The instructions say press set clock pad or press and hold the plus minus pad for 3 seconds. I do this and nothing happens I'm not able to set the clock. Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong?”

I'm having the same problem, when daylight savings time ended I tried to set the clock back. Nothing happened, I haven't tried in a while but at this point I'm about to decide to wait until daylight saving time starts again.
