QuestionFor burners at "High", how long on high until power is reduced & how much? Burner watts list as 3700, 2500, 2500 & 1800. Manual pg. 10: after "an extended period of time" on high (how long?) "there may be a slight reduction in power" (to what watt level?)

- Answer Hi there, Based on our research we are not finding information in relation to the exact amount of time in which a burner can stay on high. Also, we do not have the exact amount of reduced power that could be see when multiple burners are running at once or if one burner is left on high for an extended period of time. Depending on how hot the cookware gets, the burners may cycle on and off more or less frequently. We hope that this helped! Thank you so much for your question. -Michael

QuestionMy counters are 36.5 inches high. Is the height measured from then back? Or is for the stove itself?

Questionis this unit finished on the right side as my oven is at the end of the countertop and the right side will show. if finished is it a black or stainless finish?

- Answer Hi Rabbit - The range does not have a warming drawer. It has a storage drawer only. The oven has Warm mode designed to keep hot foods hot. Press the Warm pad and then press Start/Enter. Keep in touch! Sue

QuestionI am trying to replace a 2001 kitchenaid slide in range. There is a 1 inch countertop at the back of the range currently. The Kitchenaid range looks like the depth totals about 27.25. If I go with the GE do I have to cut that countertop at the back?

QuestionWe bought PHS920SFSS on Nov 25th 2017 and now disappointed that is was close its end of life and ended up paying much more than PHS930 model and 920 has lower features. Can we get them swapped for a 930?

QuestionWhat are the differences between this model (PHS930SLSS) and PHS920SFSS? I've done a compare and other than the warming drawer, don't see any differences. Is the "steam clean" different than "self-cleaning"? Thank you for any info.
