Q: QuestionCan a teflon oven liner mat be used in this oven under the bottom heating element?

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for asking about the use of a Teflon oven liner. We do NOT recommend the use of the Non-Stick Oven Liners. UL requires that we warn consumers that they "must not" use oven cleaners nor protective liners in their self clean oven. We put this in the Owner's Manuals. Please review page 3 of the manual. Q: QuestionI just bought this model and read one of the questions regarding the oven door locking. I know it will lock when the oven is self-cleaning, but does it lock when I am cooking something in there?

• A:Answer Hey there, and thanks for reaching out to us about this electric range! We appreciate your interest, and can advise the lock is generally meant to engage during the self-cleaning cycle because of the very high temperatures used. When the cycle is over and the oven cools below 600 degrees F, the door will unlock. It is not meant to lock during normal cooking. If it ever does engage the lock in that case, that would be because you were cooking at higher than normal temperatures for a long period of time; that is not the norm, but if it did happen you would simply need to turn off the oven and let it cool back to a safe temperature. • A:Answer Hello - We appreciate your interest in this beautiful range and we are happy to help! This model is rated at 240 volt. The nominal voltage is 240 volt, but homes may have 208V, 220V, or 240V power supply. Any appliance that is rated for 240 volts and can also be used on a 220V or 208V outlet.
