Hi - Thanks for viewing GE! We are sorry to hear you are unable to find a compatible espresso maker. Pans that are too small will not allow the induction elements to turn on, and the ON indicator for that element location will flash for 25 seconds and then turn off. 4.5" is the minimum diameter of pot for the 6" 1800 Watt element and 5" diameter is the minimum diameter for the 8" 2500W elements. A 3.5 inch diameter stovetop espresso maker will not work. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue
