Hi there, Based on our research we are not finding information in relation to the exact amount of time in which a burner can stay on high. Also, we do not have the exact amount of reduced power that could be see when multiple burners are running at once or if one burner is left on high for an extended period of time. Depending on how hot the cookware gets, the burners may cycle on and off more or less frequently. We hope that this helped! Thank you so much for your question. -Michael
