What size pan does the 11 inch burner work with? null

Hi D - Thanks for your interest in GE Profile! The minimum pan size for use with 11" element is 7". Cookware larger than the element ring may be used; however, heat will only occur above the element. That burner works with all my large pans. There is really a burner for every pan. I absolutely love this stove.
