Hi Prairie - The non-stick griddle included with the range is aluminum. We also offer optional CAST IRON REVERSIBLE GRILL/GRIDDLE JXGRILL1 (sold separately). Also, the Cafe and GE handles are not interchangeable. Explore our Café Customizable Professional Collection.
