“We have common wall of in our bedroom that goes into an attic space above our garage that has a 20amp outlet right there. I would cut the AC/cool side into our bedroom, dump the tail end into the attic and plug in. OK w/ no window this way?”

I wouldn’t recommend that, it will most likely cause mold and mildew. It may also warp the plywood on the roof .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn't. The heat and moisture an air conditioner removes from your room is exhausted through the outside portion of the machine. All that moisture will cause damage to the wood and any insulation that may be present in the attic space.
