“Is the AC supposed to shut off automatically once it reaches the target temperature? Mine doesn’t seem to be doing that and is going down to temperatures below my set point”

Hello KC - Thank you for reaching out about this cool air conditioner. Depending on the settings, the unit will turn off when it reaches the set temperature. Certain settings may run the unit continuously or even just keep the fan on. We recommend checking out the owner's manual to make sure the unit is set correctly. Keep in touch! - JB
