“My window opening is 24.25". The description states that this is 19" wide. Does that include the side panels? Im trying to figure out if this will fit my window when the side panels are attached.”

Hi Justjero - Thanks for viewing GE Model AHP12LZ! This model is 19" wide (without side panels). With side panels, fits windows 25" - 36 5/8" wide, minimum height 14 9/16". The air conditioner can be installed without the accordion panels if needed to fit in a narrow window.
