We have our unit set to 72-74 depending on the temp. We are finding the unit won't shut itself off when it gets to that temperature. Is that normal? null

Hi there. We’re sorry to hear your unit isn’t turning off as expected and can understand your concern. If your air conditioner is set on continuous fan, the fan will continue to run regardless of the temperature.
