Hi Chris. Thanks for reaching out to us. These are good questions and we'll be happy to answer them for you. This range will hold a turkey about 24-26 lbs. The top oven also has a bake mode so you will be able to bake macaroni and cheese in it, even while the turkey is in the lower oven. We're hoping these are the answers you wanted to see. The bottom is big enough to fit a huge turkey and then some. The top I use to cook my pizzas and cast iron dishes. It is big enough to fit a tray of Mac and cheese, maybe not a Dutch oven.
