• Hi Kevin - Thanks for viewing GE Model JBS86SPSS! Height to cooking surface is 35 3/4"-36 1/2". This range is designed to be installed with standard 36" countertop. The cooktop lines up perfectly with 36" high countertops using the leveling legs to adjust the height as needed. • 36 inches / 3 feet. There are adjusters at the bottom, so you can probably adjust it by an inch or so.
