Hi Lynette - The lower oven offers Convection Bake and Traditional Bake (no fan) cooking modes so you can choose how you want to bake. The Convection Bake Multi Rack mode is intended for baking on multiple racks at the same time. True European Convection with Precise Air includes a third heating element and a reversing fan that provides enhanced heat and air circulation.
