• Hi Kay- Thanks for considering GE! Gas appliances can cause minor exposure to several of these substances, caused primarily by the incomplete combustion of natural gas or LP fuels. Properly adjusted dryers will minimize incomplete combustion. Exposure to these substances can be minimized further by properly venting the dryer to the outdoors. The law does not require a label on our products; however, we have chosen to include a safety notice in the owner's manual when applicable. We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! SUE@GEA
