“What is the work surface height of this dryer? In other words, the height of the horizontal surface of the dryer, not including the raised control panel on the back? I want dryer same height as my existing washing machine (old style). Thank you.”

I have an older model washing machine also. The height of the flat surface of my washing machine is 36". The height of the flat surface of my new dryer is 37.5". The pair are side by side in a small laundry room and really don't look bad. I took a photo but I couldn't get back very far from the two. I was hoping the heights would match but am happy with the performance of the new dryer and don't give the difference any thought now.

It's 37" It's about 1/2 inch higher than my (very) old Speed Queen washer.
