Check the "Exhausting The Dryer" section on pages 25-30 of the Installation Instructions to make sure the dryer venting is correct. Also, make sure the ducting is clean, free of kinks and unobstructed. If this doesn't prove helpful, we recommend that you take advantage of the one year warranty by scheduling a service appointment for one of our Bodewell technicians to assess your unit.
