The default for drying towels is 53 minutes and they were completely dry at the end of the cycle. The wash cycle is different for different items but for towels it is 1 hour and 1 minute long.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve had this dryer for 2 months now. The dryer detects the weight of the load and adjusts the time for each drying cycle. For example, if I choose the towels cycle, it will show 55 minutes at first, but as soon as the dryer detects the dryness of the towels It reduces the time. It normally does take that long. It is a very good dryer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Hortons, thanks for reaching out! The drying time has several variables that can affect it: Type of heat used (gas vs electric), Size of the load,Type of fabric. For example, cottons hold more water than synthetics, Wetness of the clothes. Washers with higher spin speeds extract more water from the clothes before they go into the dryer. Cycle selected. Ex. More Dry vs Less Dry Condition of your exhaust venting. The load's moisture content (which is defined by the washer spin level and the type of load), combined with the load size, the temperature selection and the house venting conditions decide the dryer cycle time. There is not a standard dry time unless you use a Timed Dry cycle. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
