“How quickly can this do light toast and is it evenly toasted on both sides? My old Panasonic toaster does light toast in 2.5min so hoping it's around this time.”

Yes its about 2 minutes or so, and its very even on both sides

We understand how important an even toast and the time it takes can be. This unit is designed to toast evenly on both sides, and the 7-shade toaster setting allows you to customize the toast to your preference. Unfortunately we do not have an exact time for how long it will take to lightly toast; it may be a bit longer to toast than a traditional toaster because of the difference in how close the heating elements are to the bread. We regret any inconvenience that may cause; with 8 cooking modes including air fry, broil and convection, we hope this versatile oven would still be a good fit for you.
