“It says not to use the oven rack when using the air fryer basket but rather slide the basket in - the air fryer basket that came with mine is not wide enough to slide in? Am I missing something?”

• Not sure which oven is being referenced here. The slide in-basket that came with our oven fits. I would suggest returning the item to the place where purchased and ask this question.
