What is the inside and pans coated with? null

Hi there - thanks for asking this great question! All of the surfaces are stainless steel. There isn’t any non-stick coating applied to any surface. The outside, the inside, the racks, and the pans/trays are all stainless steel. We hope this helps! Best, Kelsey@GEA
