This particular case of bulbs? No. 

A slightly more expensive yet different of these bulbs exist, and yes, they do change color. They will say so on the box if they change color. 

These are just a warm yellow color and you can control their brightness by dimming them.

This bulb can brighten or dim but not change color. The bulbs can do colors are labeled "color changing".

This product is only a soft white color but is dimmable through the app. We do also sell bulbs called 'tunable white' that allow you to change to different variants of white such as cool white to warm white.
