This 27" trim kit fit perfectly around my 2.2 microwave so maybe you need the 30" kit. I wouldn't know what to recommend to you but I would suggest you take all your measurements of your opening & microwave to Best Buy for them to figure out for you. That's what I did as it was very confusing.
