It is supposed to be a Built-In Microwave but did not come with any accessories. It appears to be one that sits on a counter. Help?! null

Hello there - Thanks for reaching out, we're happy to help. The extra number in the model number is just a manufacturing number that gives us more information about your model. It's still the same model as the one you ordered, so no worries there! This is a built-in microwave model, but it requires a trim kit to be built in. The trim kit options for this microwave are kit JX7227DLBB (27") and JX7230DLBB (30") and should be purchased separately. If you have any additional questions, let us know. We're always here to help.
