Hi Ed- A 22" minimum cutout depth is required with receptacle in cabinet. 19-1/2" minimum if receptacle is outside cabinet. I purchased a GE PEB7227DLBB and its outside dimensions are 13 3/8 High buy 24 1/8 wide buy 19 3/8 deep. So the width dimension is close, so you may have to trim a little off of the cabinet width boards if the oven will not slide in. Typically it is a 1 X 4 that can be trimmed easily. My GE PEB microwave had a 90 degree electrical cord plug on it. So you should have 1-7/8 inches space behind the oven which is enough room for the 90 degree plug after it is plugged in.
