I do not work for Best Buy but I replaced the microwave like the one you have. I learned that the manufacturer is in China and they no longer manufacturer the microwave with a convection feature. The external dimensions of the oven is the same. However the rotating plate is very much larger. So the internal dimensions of the oven is much larger. They still manufacturer the trim kit so it looks like a built in unit even though it is not built in. Hope this helps.
