“I have a Kitchenaide KMCS3022GSS microwave that has died. Trim kit came with it. Will this microwave work with this trim kit? only difference in measurements is the depth, but that's smaller than what I have currently”

The PES7227SLSS model is a countertop model and cannot be built-in. Therefore, the PES7227SLSS will not work with any trim kit. We recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your trim kit to determine compatible microwaves. If you are interested in a new built-in microwave and trim kit, we recommend checking out model PEB7227ANDD which pairs with trim kit JX7227SLSS for 27” cabinets or JX7230SLSS for 30” cabinets.
