“Just got this microwave delivered but not sure whether there is a film/tight cover protection on the keypad that need to be removed before use. Try to peel it off but could not feel it and afraid to damage it, Is there really a film/tight cover or none.”

Hey MariaPhil, thanks for contacting us and congratulations on your new microwave! Many microwaves are now packed with a plastic film applied to the outside of the door and control panel. This is similar to the film that would cover chrome trim parts to prevent scratching during shipping and is used for the same reason on the microwave. This is a static cling film that should peel off easily.
