• I'm glad you asked! We actually have two "7227" models - a countertop model and a model that can accept a built-in trim kit. The PES7227SLSS is our countertop model and will not accept a trim kit. The PEB7227SLSS is the built-in model when you use trim kit JX7227SLSS (27" cabinets) or JX7230SLSS (30" cabinets). If you're buildign this in you'll want to look at the PEB7227 models.
