The difference between the PEB versus PES is that the B stands for built in and S stands for stand alone but I was able to use the stainless steel trim kit for PEB7227SLS and put it around the PES7227SLSS. Make sure you have the right opening because when the installer came they said the trim kit wouldn't cover the opening correctly so I ended up having to return the trim kit and ordering a custom trim kit. I like the stainless steel look of the PES versus the grey of the PEB.
