I don’t believe this model has wifi.

We hate to hear you’ve had an issue with using the SmartHQ application; we designed some of our appliances with WiFi connectivity in order to increase your convenience, and regret any trouble you’ve had. Our WiFi connected models are meant to use our SmartHQ app specifically. If it might help, we have information on the connectivity option on page 16 of the manual (available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page). We also have a Connect section of our website, and an article specifically for connecting refrigerators that use a module titled ‘REFRIGERATOR - OPTIONAL WIFI SET-UP WITH CONNECT MODULE* (POWERED BY SMARTHQ™)’; the article can be viewed when you search for that title on our GE Appliances website and go to the Support tab in the search results.
