No, this doesn't have an automatic door opening feature. However, if you open the door when the dishwasher is complete, the dishes and glasses will air dry naturally and save energy. While keeping in mind that adding the Dry Boost will only add 64 minutes to the cycle and cost pennies in energy to run. We also recommend turning your hot water on first to allow the first fill to be hot and use a rinse agent for the best results. Thank you! Joyce@GEAppliances
