Hello, thank you for connecting with us about this. In our current refrigerator the condenser coils are located in the compressor housing instead of on the back or underneath, keeping them clean and functioning optimally. This design allows for more efficient airflow. This means you don't actually have to clean them, but you can wipe off the front grill or unplug the refrigerator and remove the front grill to clean it.
