Hello Rufus - We hope you are enjoying your Profile refrigerator. The temperature in the fresh food section can range from 34-42 degrees F and the freezer will reach -5 to +8 degrees F. You can set the temperature by pressing the Freezer or Fridge button on the control panel to raise the temperature by one degree. When the setting reaches its top setting, it will cycle back down to the lowest. Keep in touch! - John@GEA
