“We have a 30” gas cooktop. What is required to replace with an induction cooktop? New wiring? Gas company capping off gas line? Thanks.”

Best Buy came out to consult with us on what was needed to convert. We had to install a power outlet. Capping off the gas line did not require the gas company.
