Is this black enamel, stainless? What is the Black surface? can't find that info anywhere on the specifications null

Had the same problem - the info is definitely buried! It is black enamel.
All my other appliances are stainless steel, but decided to get this as my countertop is black quartz... thought it would look more cohesive - and it does! Haven't had this before, but am happy with it - easy to clean, looks good!
