A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us and your interest in this beautiful Profile double oven range. You would need an oversized island counter to be able to accommodate the range and a downdraft system. We recommend reviewing the cutout and product dimensions for both the range and the downdraft vent you have interest in to determine the size counter you would need. The following roller rack is a compatible accessory for this model - WB48X20862. We hope this is helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA

A:AnswerThe stovetop is smooth. Looks great and is easy to clean. You must clean up spills as soon as possible to take care of the stovetop and use ceramic stovetop cleaner once in a while. Also a spray of vinegar and water keeps it shiny.

A:AnswerThank you for reaching out to us! The red indicator light will activate and remain on until the cooking surface is cool. If your light remains on even after the surface has cooled, we recommend unplugging the range, waiting for a few minutes, and then restoring power. If you continue to experience issues, please call 1-800-432-2737. We hope this helps, and if you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us. Best regards – Matthew@GEA
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in this lovely GE Appliances double oven range. For any size oven, the food item should have a minimum of one inch of air space on all sides to cook properly. This includes the top, bottom, right, left and back wall. The pan size needed to accommodate the turkey may restrict the size you choose. Larger sized turkeys are baked using the lowest rack position in the range. The lower oven will hold a turkey that is about 20 pounds. The turkeys we test are normally in the 20 to 25 pound range and we use the lower oven of the double oven models with the rack in the lowest position. We're confident you would be happy with all the great features offered on this model. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
