- Answer Only use broil safe cookware when using Air Fry mode. A dark sheet pan is recommended because it promotes better browning and crisping. Oven baking baskets and baking grids can also be used. A sheet pan should be placed on the rack below the foods to catch any drippings when using a baking basket. The pans for air fry are not included with this unit. Rack position 3 is recommended for most foods when using Air Fry. If foods are browning too rapidly try using a lower rack position.

- Answer Hello - Do not use aluminum foil to line oven bottoms. The foil will trap heat below, and upset the performance of the oven. Same is true for similar items such as silicone oven liners. Foil can melt and permanently damage the oven bottom. Damage from improper use of aluminum foil is not covered by the product warranty. Foil may be used to catch spills by placing a sheet on a lower rack, several inches below the food. Do not use more foil than necessary, and never entirely cover an oven rack with aluminum foil. Keep foil at least 1 ½” from oven walls to prevent poor heat circulation. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Best wishes! -Don@GEA

Your current oven requires a 21" minimum depth, while the newer model requires a 23" minimum depth. QuestionThe specs say that this is a 20 amperage oven, the installer says our breaker switch is 50 amps, he never saw an oven with only 20 amps. Can we connect this unit to the 50 amp circuit breaker or does an electrician need to rewire the oven to the breaker?

- Answer We recommend a 20 amp connection for model PTS7000SNSS. Electrical requirements for the wall oven are discussed in section 5 of the installation instructions. Those instructions can be viewed on Best Buy’s product page for the model, when you go to the ‘From the Manufacturer’ section and scroll to the bottom.

- Answer This PTS7000SNSS model is not available in a white finish. This model is only available in a Stainless Steel finish or a Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless finish as model number PTS7000BNTS. -- The only 30” single wall oven we currently offer in a white finish is model number JTS3000DNWW. - Answer The product dimensions are identified in the "Specifications Sheet found under the "Features" tab. Additionally, the distance from bottom of cutout to the top, front of the body (area directly behind the control panel) is 27.136" and the distance from bottom of the cutout to the top, front of the control panel is 28.176".Hope this is helpful.

QuestionI have an old GE 30" Wall Oven model JTP 10GP3BG and need to confirm the GE Profile - 30" Smart Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven with Air Fry & Precision Cooking dimensions are the same and will fit without any opening/cabinet modifications.

Based on the information we have available, the cutout dimensions that were required for your existing wall oven is larger than what is needed for the new models. We encourage you to remove the existing oven from the cabinetry far enough to measure the actual opening (height x width) you have available.
