Hello tootles, Thanks so much for reaching out. Good question! To turn off the self-clean cycle, just press the Cancel pad. The door will remain locked until the oven has cooled down and reached a safe temperature. If the oven is still locked, disconnect power for about 1 minute then reconnect power and the door should open. If the door still remains locked, service will be needed. We hope this helps.
