Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. To set the refrigerator and freezer temperatures, press the Fridge and/or Freezer pad repeatedly until your desired temperature is displayed. If you inadvertently set it higher than you prefer, pressing the pad repeatedly will cycle the available temperature settings back around for you. We hope this helps. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA

Use the front panel to set freezer and fridge temps. Just follow the instructions that come with the fridge. All brands are pretty similar.
