• Hello! We'd be happy to help you with this inquiry. You do not need an H2O hookup to use the steam clean feature. Steps to Use Steam Clean: When the oven is cool, wipe up any excess grease or soil from the oven. Pour 1 cup of water in the center of the oven floor. Close the oven door. Press the Steam Clean pad once or press the Self / Steam Clean pad twice. Wait 30 minutes for the cycle to end. The control panel will display a count down. Wipe out any moisture and food soil that is remaining. We think you'd really love this feature as it is faster and cooler than a self-clean cycle.
