“Mine has worked just fine for 2 years, now it has started to randomly shut off. It’s clean, descaled and the app is up to date. If I turn it on, it’ll make ice, then shut off. Any help is appreciated.”

Replying to GE….I’ve already called that number and spoken with. Customer Service twice, I’ve even spoken with the folks in Wi-Fi support and I was also given a number for a company in my area that services GE appliances, but they don’t work on the Opal. Thanks anyway though.
