“I have had mine for about 2-1/2 months. Didn't clean it, and one day it stopped working correctly. So then I cleaned it. Kinda gross, but I went through the process 4 times, until the water was clear. Now it won't make ice. Goes to deforst after awhile.”

I had an older model (opal) and that happened to me. Make sure the area where the air going into the unit is clear and not dusty or blocked by objects. Might have to just send it in for repair.
