“Brand new. Cleaned it per the instructions, then filled with distilled water. "Making ice" light is on, then after 2 mins, it says "Add Water" - but reservoir is full. I removed the ice bucket, and it starts again, but 2 mins later, "Add Water". Help?”

• Run the Cleaning cycle again, and again until you have run the water out a few times, and make sure none of the tubes are messed up in the back. I am thinking vacuum issue.
