I've had to make sure the hose from the side tank to the machine isn't kinked or elevated. If it's wrapped around anything, looped around itself, elevated, or kinked then it tends to prevent the water from syphoning into the machine's internal reservoir.

Hubby removed filter (not sure why he had it in there since we use filtered water) and it started working! I was stressing because I missed my nugget ice! Hopefully we will not have any more issues.

Please try again later.Not sure, but ours has done this when the reservoir was low and the side tank was still full, I pulled out the bin, put it back in, and it began drawing from the side tank. Not sure why this happened. Hopefully not to repeat again, but will do it again if it repeats. Good luck.
